Ahhh you've probably seen this doing the email rounds. It's a very funny Norwegian skit about the challenges of technical support. I figured while I'm in a 'hardware challenged' period, a bit of light relief is just the remedy. I've tracked down a version of the skit from YouTube and have embedded the link for your entertainment. Having spent a number of years providing technical support, I get a chuckle out of this and I'm sure you will too!

PS: A broadband connection is best for viewing this. If you are on a slower connection, try allowing it to cache locally before continuing. You can do this by pressing the 'Play' button to start the playback and then clicking on the 'Pause' control. The cache progress bar should continue to advance while you are paused. When the cache progress bar is at the end, then click on the 'Play' button to resume the playback.
