Good news ....... As you may have already read on the BLOG, Cathie Morwood was able to take Monday off from her school teaching commitments in Emerald (QLD) and will be with us on Saturday evening. Great news Cathie!
I received a call from Naomi Nicholson (Genesis) last night and she is SO excited about Saturday!
"The concept is amazing ......... coming together after 30 years." I couldn't agree more Naomi! Naomi is travelling from Canberra.
I also spoke with Chris McCarthy (Bottom's), who is currently working in the Northern Territory as a welder for the mines. He lives in Brisbane, but can't make the reunion because of work commitments. Chris will check out our BLOG and 'share something' as soon as he can.
I managed to speak with Gabrielle McConville (Bottom's), now living in the Lismore area. She will do her best to make Saturday night, but given the short notice, can't promise anything. Gabrielle will also check out the BLOG!
Unfortunately due to other work commitments and time constraints I am still to track down 6 people from Bottom's and I will do my best between now and Sat! I am so pleased that the majority of the people that have already been contacted have been able to see their way clear to make our night on Saturday! Well done everyone!
